Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Kovican. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and documentation that arrived with the product must be included.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

Items that do not meet these criteria, or are returned without prior authorization, will not be accepted.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@kovican.com with the following information:

  • Order Number

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Photos or videos of the product and its packaging

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

Return Destination: All returns must be shipped to our facility in Hong Kong at the following address:

Room 203, 2/F, Block 2, Kam Tak Industrial Building, 16–26 Kwai Tak Street, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong

Important: You must clearly write the RMA number on the shipping label. Do not write directly on the product packaging. Packages returned without an RMA number will be rejected by our warehouse.

3. Customs and Taxes on Returns

You do not need to worry about any customs duties or import taxes when returning items to our Hong Kong warehouse. We guarantee that there will be no additional customs fees charged to you during the return process.

4. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

  • Quality Issues: If the return is due to a product defect, damage upon arrival, or an incorrect item sent by us, Kovican will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label or reimburse your shipping fees.

  • Personal Reasons: For returns due to personal preference (e.g., "changed my mind"), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fee: For non-quality related returns, a flat restocking fee of $30 will be deducted from your total refund amount for every returned item.

5. Exchanges

We support exchanges for the same model or items of equivalent value. If you need to exchange an item due to a defect or damage, we will cover the shipping for both the return and the replacement. For exchanges based on personal preference, the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping fees and any price differences.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that are custom-configured or branded to your specifications.

  • Products purchased from 3rd party retail partners or unauthorized resellers.

  • Items that show clear signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved: The refund will be processed to your original method of payment (including Venmo, PayPal, or Credit Card) within 10 business days.

  • For non-quality returns: Final Refund = [Original Price Paid] - [$30 Restocking Fee].

  • For quality-related returns: A full refund will be issued.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank or payment account (e.g., Venmo/PayPal) again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@kovican.com.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@kovican.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and ensure a replacement or full refund is provided at no additional cost to you.
