Warranty Policy

1. Limited Warranty

Kovican warrants to the original consumer purchaser that our products will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period. This warranty statement sets forth Kovican’s total and exclusive warranty obligation. We do not authorize any person to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.

2. Warranty Period

All products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues that occur under normal use.

3. Repair or Replacement

If a product fails to operate during the warranty period due to a defect in workmanship or material, Kovican will repair the item at its own expense. In cases where the product is unrepairable, Kovican will provide a free replacement with the same or an equivalent model, as agreed upon by both parties.

  • Replacement Quality: Replacements may be refurbished but will be functionally equivalent to the original item.

  • Continued Coverage: A 30-day repair/replacement warranty is provided from the date the repaired/replaced product is received. The product will remain covered by either the remainder of the original 1-year warranty or this 30-day period, whichever is longer.

4. Limited to Original Buyer

The warranty is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner or user.

5. Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or misapplication.

  • Damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized Kovican service provider.

  • A product or a part that has been modified without the written permission of Kovican.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized 3rd party retailers.

6. How to Claim Warranty

To request warranty service, please contact our customer support team at support@kovican.com with your order information, product serial number, and a description of the issue (including photos or videos if possible).
