Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a follow-up notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that the order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (HKT). Orders placed before 5:00 PM (HKT) will begin processing the same day, while orders placed after this time will be processed starting the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
